Pros - states that it is d-biotin, no fillers
Cons - need 40x per day for 200 mg $7 / day at today's price

Pros - states it is d-biotin, $2.50 per day or so, fillers not too bad
Cons - not cheapest, some inactives

Cons - doesn't state d-biotin, contains calcium and magnesium stearate
Wish I hadn't ordered 3 bottles of these - will probably mix them in though

I won't order any more that don't explicitly state "as d-biotin"
ReplyDeleteHaven't decided whether to use what I already have. For now I'll note which form in the logs.
I have settled in on the Nature's Bounty as the best compromise between cost and avoidance of nasty fillers. 200 mg per day for about 45 days now.
ReplyDeleteI have PPMS at 8.0 on the EDSS and have decided to try this. Would the Nature's Bounty option mean 20 tablets a day to reach 200 mg? Thanks.
